HELP -- I didn't want it chrome plated!

The F.A.R.T.S. development center called and sent this picture and wanted to know if the chrome plate was ok.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dfa0b802a7629ae.jpgI pulled up my email to them and it read "the paint should reflect like chrome". Now, The big boss of develpment has called and wants me to pay for the chrome plate job and the removal of it.
