Lear Jet 35 series - anyone working on?

Hi,I like this small jet since the times of MSFS v.5. It actually brought me to virtual skies :) But I had not found such an aircraft for MSFS 2002. Yes I know there is a stock of good models available from FFG. But it lacks VC (really indespensible thing now-days). Also I tried to find a good panel, but failed.So, is there anyone interested in making this plane or panel? Or is there any work already in progress? If not, then I would start my own project.
