Adding buttons to the PIC panel

This must be easy for you more experienced panel designers. I want to add two buttons in my PIC panel, one to call the GPS and another one to call the aiview module. How can I do so? I managed to add the GPS to the list of windows but I have to type SHIFT+8 every time i need the GPS.There are two unused buttons in the left corner of the panel (right under the window frame), maybe those could be used to do so... is it possible?Thanks a lot!Cheers!
