Night Vision Glasses panel possible-or should I get sun

I was wondering if Someone has made a utility that might help you do low level night flying in mountians. Basically you would go to the tool bar and click "night vision" and you would read your instruments and outside scenery in a Greenish Hue. Just like if you were wearing glasses. Someway that you could "shade" the msfs default panel or other peoples panels with a color. Like in some of the combat flight simulator games. Any info if its been done? or is it possible to do thanks Bill
