Anyway to change scenery location on the fly?

I want to be able to select a random object, and move it to a radius around the aircraft randomly at flight start.basically you enter the flight then say (ObjectA) is positioned randomly within a 150 Mile radius around the aircraft. Is this possible? also I would want to report the location to the aircraft via text box.Any help appreciated thanks..Al
