Painters needed!

Hi,I am on the look out for a high quality painter to take-on/head up painting an initial fleet for my VA. I have already attempted a paint of a boeing 767 in our painscheme, and this would more than give the general idea of what we are aiming for. Sadly i can't do night textures yet, and i need to work on tail art.I have designed it in photoshop 7, so it would help if applicants used this.
