..I have and I can't figure it out. I'm trying to figure gmax out, and it's really making me feel stupid! I've read the tutorials, but I have one big problem. I'm opening the sample file of a mace, but all my viewports remain blank. I simply cannot view anything. I'll create an object, and I can't view it in any portals. What am I doing wrong???

simple things first... hit the 'zoom extents all' key in the lower right hand corner
