Starting of a tigermoth engine

I am designing a tiger moth, and used some values from other available freeware rojects, however when i put in the values for the engine and propeller, the engine wont start after shutdown.general data 130 HPtrustscalar 0.951Power scalar 0.954Min RPM 500Max 2350Can someone help me with this problem? and is there a general rule for those settings? Engine will start when i set power scalar to 0.98 but then plane flies not as it should. Person from whom i borrowed these values has not got any problem with starting the enigine after shut down.waiting on your responseleon schuiling
