I second that......I can't find one either......and the panel is great!

In short, there isn't one. Paul became rather occupied with various payware projects about the time FS2002 was released. You can find various other versions of the panel made by other developers that might get it too work in FS2k2, but I have tried quite a few and was satisfied with none of them.
