Beechcraft Super King Air B200

Recommended Posts

Looks very, very nice...I'll tell you, quite often what's missing from these projects is that they focus on either the cockpit, or the exterior model, but don't offer views of the wings or engines from within the cockpit. This is almost essential on the King Air, as it really recreates the cockpit environment...I was flying out of Detroit in a B1900, and if it weren't for the pilots being able to scan for ice buildup, I wouldn't be typing this right now. After we were deiced, we taxied to the runway. In that 10-15 minutes, we iced up completely...the pilot saw it right before it was our turn, and we were given permission to taxi down the runway, and exit.Took five hours before conditions allowed for takeoff...

Hi John,I agree with you on that one - we are trying to recreate the cockpit environment. You will be able to view the wings and engines/props from within the cockpit. That was a close call in the 1900! Good thing the pilot was experienced...CheersHenning
