XML Gauge Blocks Animation

Recommended Posts

Hi this ones baffling me a bit. I'll describe the situation. I'm using gMAX.Whenever I use an alias line in the panel.cfg file both f_canopy_XXX & r_canopy_XXX animations work fine. But I then created some XML gauges to control both engine smoke and afterburner. To add these I copy + pasted the details in another panel.cfg file (the Lear45) and added the following lines:[Vcockpit01]Background_color=0,0,0size_mm=256,256position=7visible=0pixel_size=256,256texture=$hudgauge00=DSBXML!DSBTornadoReheat, 1,1,1,1gauge01=DSBXML!DSBTornadoSmoke, 1,1,1,1No only the main exit is animated. When I do the Shift + E + 2 it seems as if the rear canopy has been fogotten about and it just opens the main exit.I tried another panel (this time an old fs98 panel) it worked fine again without the Vcockpit section but when I added this again I could only operate the f_canopy tagged items.Any ideas please?Andrew.

Hi,For a temporary workaround I've tagged the r_canopy parts which actually extended an AAR Probe as a Water rudder. All parts now animated when used with those XML gauges.Andrew
