Might get better results asking this question in the MSFS General Forum. For a 747-200 panel, I use the payware Ready For Pushback 747-200(which wasn't what you were asking for ;-))

Simon,I have a 747-100/200 panel. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the notes (read me, installation, etc) that came with it, if there were any. So, I don't know where I got it from.If you like, I can send it to you the folder. Let me knowJack
