try this,you'll have to do each part seperately...first of all convert the whole lot to Editable Poly.in Vertex mode select a part and select all the verts, make sure ignore backfacing is off.with all verts selected. go down to where it says weld. set the weld distance to .001, and hit weld.this will possibly cause some undesireable results to your mesh, but this is the price you pay for sloppy design, no offense... :-)as you get better you'll have this error less often.if you still get the error, start bumping up the weld distance by .001, 002,003,004... so on.good luck, let me know if youre still stuck. email me the bad parts and ill fix it for you.joe
