Hi James Jaw,I am puzzled why you are in need of designers. I went to your site and reviewed your membership list by searching them with Google and found you have at least three people on it that have developed aircraft that have been mentioned in da Bear's pick of the ...Many of your painters/repainters are published as well.Are all of the people on your "memebership list", "working members"? Tney wouldn't be "list members only" would they?Why do you need more? Has your current workforce went on strike?Do they need a new project leader and plant manager?Explain if you would please, so we can have a better understanding of your current needs.
