Panel programming in C# / .NET

Featured Replies

Hello,I wonder why M$ has not introduced C# into the FS-World to program Panels & Co. Coding panel logic in C# would be much more easier..NET in general is fully DirectX 9 compatible and several 3D game engines exists in C#.Andr

Hey Andre. Not sure, I don't have any experience with C#. But I use C++, for example, even though the panel code has to be in C. C++ allows me the flexibility of objects, which I like. Maybe you could code in C#, maintainig only the necessary parts of the code in C, as I do?3D engines don't really matter much when you are coding panels, but you could use DirectX to draw vectors when making EFIS panels.
