Enhanced XML code in FS 9

Has anyone looked at the new XML gauges in FS 9? First, I see a bunch of Macro's are assigned in the new GPS files. I also see a blocks something like "{loop} .... {next}". The GPS units may also access database files on the HD though XML. I wonder if one can WRITE files. It sure looks like the new XML is much more powerful. Now all we have to do is figure it out. BTW, I checked the DLL's FS 9 loaded. I see MSXML4.DLL was loaded, not the MSXML3 FS2K2 used. I think MSXML4 was added to my Win2K system when I added SP 4.0. I don't know if FS 9 adds it, it would if needed. Same for DX 9(:(. RonPS: There are a lot of regular ".gau" files in FS 9. It's only the new AC and functions such as GPS units that are in XML.
