FS9 Panel.cfg edit

Hi all, I want to edit my DC3 panel.cfg but without a freeware panel editor (is there one for FS9?) what or where is the size and location of a perticular gauge in this line?gauge01=Douglas_DC3!annunciator_vacuum, 33, 625Any help or direction would be appreciated..CheersPhil

Phil,All you need to do is double click on it and use Notepad. From the upper left corner, the first number is the horizontal distance to the right and the second number is the vertical distance down. Numbers are in pixels and just where the upper left corner is depends on where they put the invisible panel that holds the gauges.Move the gauge by trial and error, or look at nearby gauges to get a rough idea of the location. If there were a third number it would be the size. You can try adding a number if you want to change it.You can change the panel with FS running if it is in the window mode. After you save the panel file, change to a different airplane and then change back (let the new plane completely load or it won't pick up the panel change).John Woodward

To answer the rest of your question, the sizenumbers do not show in your example, which then defaults to the original gauge size.You can specify 1 or 2 more numbers in the series to control horizontal and vertical size.For example,gauge28=ST_FSC.dash7!fflow4, 83,814,68gauge29=ML-ARJFS2K.Trim, 545,575,22,51X, Y
