3D Cockpits can not be changed entirely. You can only repaint its textures, or change the layout of the gauges.The same is valid for the 2D cockpits. You can change its background bitmap with any paint program as MS Paint, photoshop, gimp, ...To change the layout of the gauges in the panel, open the panel.cfg in the aircrafts Panel-folder with Notepad or another text editor.There are some wysiwig panel editors available, but I seem to have forgotten their names :-(For more info on how to change the layout of the gauges, download the SDKs.Greetings,StevenBelgian citizen
