I would like to put a gauge into the virtualy cockpit of one of the planes I have.. (the cd player gauge) I saw it in the Mercedes Car download. Anyway, is there any freeware programs that are good for doing that? Any help would be great.. Thanks a ton, Ty89m

Ty, this is just a guess since I don't know anything about the cd player, but if it is in the form of a gauge you would copy it into either your gauges file or the aircraft panel file. Then look into the panel.cfg file and see if your aircraft has sections for the virtual cockpit. There may be more than one. Follow the format- add a line calling out the gauge name, increment the number, and experiment with the location. I don't think you need any special programs.John Woodward

the freeware program cfg.edit is a good tool for basic panel creation. This will give a good graphical idea about how things are actually working when assembling a panel. -halfdan
