Guest TheNamAviator

Hello all, I would like to introduce myself :-)I have been an avid Flightsimmer ever since MSFS4 on my oooold Tandy 1000, My interests have always leaned towards Vietnam era aircraft and scenery, and I have decided to finally take the plunge and try my hand at making my dream aircraft a reality, The O-2.I have a moderate amount of training in 3DSMax 4 from my old workplace so the Gmax interface from what i've seen shouldn't be to difficult to transition into.Just wondering if there is any basic info or tutorials I need to download so I can begin tinkering in earnest with my "Birdog" project.I hope to gain much from these boards and I think based on the amount of talent I have seen so far reading around today that I am in good company. :-)Thank you for taking to time to read my post, I hope to hear from you all :-)

Welcome....The best resource I've seen is:www.freeflightdesign.com...Links to tutorials, sample projects for both GMAX and FSDS 2... It's the first place I'd tell anyone to look. If you were more into FSDS 2, then I'd steer you to www.daviator.com...-John
