Turboprops NP Value

Featured Replies

Hi,How can NP be calculated? I want make a gauge who represent this value as acurate as possible but I do not know how. Some help? Thanks,Peyroteo

Just use the PROPELLER_x_PCT_MAX_RPM (x = engine number) variables. They return the NP value.

>Just use the PROPELLER_x_PCT_MAX_RPM (x = engine number)>variables. They return the NP value.Thanks Hans, I will try it.Best regards,Peyroteo

>Just use the PROPELLER_x_PCT_MAX_RPM (x = engine number)>variables. They return the NP value.I could not found that var (xml).????Another tip? Thanks,Peyroteo

It's PROP1 MAX RPM PERCENT for XML.

>It's PROP1 MAX RPM PERCENT for XML.>Hi Hans,The gauge is now working but it gives the same values as N2. Is this correct? Thanks,Peyroteo

Yes, for turboprop models in FS, N2 is always equal to NP.

ThanksBest Regards,Peyroteo
