Setting Fixed Windows in FSPS

Hi.Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong with the setting Fixed Windows in FSPS?I go into Fixed Windows section, set the View of the Fixed View Properties (say, FORWARD_RIGHT) and then change the File entry to suit the view (correspondingly, forward_right). Therefore, the Fixed View Properties displays the name of the fixed view and the path where bitmap is located. However, no other info can be set within the Fixed View Properties at this point. I can't set the Ident, Zoom, Eye or any of the three View Direction features. The cells remain grey and blank.I then click on OK, but find that no bitmap is specified in the display and no changes have been made to the panel config file.I assume I don't have to enter this information in the config file manually, but that you instead enter the relevant data here in the Fixed Windows facility.
