April 19, 200521 yr Does anyone know how the A380 bogie beams are tilted? I know that the body gear is tilted slightly forward... is that correct? What about the wing gear bogy?Who can tell me? :) if nobody of you knows, where else could I ask?Regards from Munich,Oli
April 19, 200521 yr The A380 still has many unknowns, since it is not flying yet (but almost). There's no hurry to rush A380 projects--I would suggest that you wait, scan airliners.net for A380 photos as testing continues, and you should have a better answer for such questions in the very near future.-John
April 19, 200521 yr Hi!Thanks for your reply! Why not? I already got about 2 GB of reference material (which consists not only of public photos ;) ) and there are already lots of details about the aircraft. Also, the aircraft already physically exists and there must be any people who might know more ;) Anyway... the model I am currently working on, is not intended for real time rendering (such as MSFS for ex.). I intend to use it for a short CG movie with lots of technical detail :)If you're interested - this is what I got so far (textures are temp)
April 20, 200521 yr hello, maybe I didn't get your question correctly,or do you mean by the tilting in the air or on the ground?
