quick question about debugging FS gauges

Recommended Posts

Guest Jar172RG

Hey all, I am still learning how to create FS2k4 gauges, but I think I am starting to get close to my first one, however, I'm curious on what application is a good choice for debugging gauge coding in Visual C++ 6.0 Pro, I was told by someone else that you use the fs9.exe, however, when I attempt to use that, VC++ gives me an error that says "Unload the debugger and try again" then it switchs back to desgin view and doesn't debug the gauge, any suggestions? I had the same problem, it is the protection inside FS9 that gives you this message. If you apply a no CD patch to your FS9.EXE then you will be able to debug your gauges.
