easy question - renumbering pop-up gauge windows

I have a number of panels that I'd like to rearrange the pop-up windows so they're consistent from plane-to-plane, so for example, shift-3 opens GPS, shift-4 opens radio stack, etc for all panels. I know how to do this in panel.cfg, I'm just wondering if the various sections in panel.cfg have to appear in numerical order, or can they jump around? For example, is this OK:......Thanks,Dan
