adding lights to 3rd party aircraft in FS2002

Featured Replies

Hi; could someone steer me towards where there is a tutorial about how to add or adjust 3rd party aircraft lights, eg nav lights etc. I've seen it somewhere but cant remember where. Thanks in advance. Robin MacLaurin

It is called the AircraftContainerSDK and was available at the time of FS2002 from the main Flight Simulator Website. Now it is the version for FS2004, but the lights section of the aircraft.cfg has bascially remained the same. This however is what the FS2002 version had to say about lights: [lights] SectionEach

Thanks Mathias it turns out that I had the SDK file, now I just have to figure out what the Longitudinal Lateral, and vertical axis are. Robin

Longitudinal => front-rearLateral => left-rightvertical => up-down:)
