Help with VS compiler warning msg.

Trying to organize my output directories, and changed project properties to put the debug and release generated stuff under a .bin subdirectory, but now I get this warning:Warning 1 warning LNK4099: PDB 'vc70.pdb' was not found with '.LibrariesdxsoundDebug.lib' or at 'c:Documents and SettingsPatrickMy DocumentsVisual Studio 2005ProjectsGauge ProjectsDxSoundbindebugvc70.pdb'; linking object as if no debug info dxsoundDebug.libI haven't moved the .lib yet (although I had planned on putting them in a common lib directory later.The name for the pdb seems to be the default too, even though I set one.Any help appreciated.
