Is there a way to input air foil data into Microsoft Flight Simulator? I heard that X-Plane takes into account the air foil.In other words, does FS9 or FSX even consider the shape of an airfoil?Thanks,Biz

No; unlike X-Plane, MSFS does not compute lift and drag from the shape of the airfoil. Instead, you fill in a table that specifies the coefficients of lift and drag as a function of angle of attack.HTH,Martin
