If you change them, yes.Remember if you are installing "newer" released drivers to have compatability you also might need a newer version of GTU, the latest beta GTU (found in the /gtu/beta section of the main guru3d.com site) or if they are real new you my have to wait untill a new release. I think the latest beta supports up to 28.40 but you will have to check it for your self.:-wavePaul
