Runway lights

Is it possible to edit runway light at specific airports to make them more/less visible. In my case I have a big problem up here in Iceland were runway/taxiway lights are hardly visible and that makes moving around on ground at nights nearly impossible. I have seen this done in FLY2 with outstanding results and feel like improving this for my area up here, simply so I can fly at night!
