I'm on a terribly slow connection and can't get the sdk right now. Was hoping one of you all have read it and found out whether we can use an increased resolution in landclass?

After reading the SDK I can answer my question - "No" :-(

No new tricks as far as Landclass updates go. I'm glad I released Landclass Assistant when I did, I would have regretted waiting for the SDK....-John

Hey there John,Yea, I'm glad you released LCA too, it helped me in making my LC project for Kansas/Missouri. I am underwhelmed that they gave us no more than we already knew from the talented people who "reverse engineer" flight simulator as far as landclass.By the way, since you are obviously a coder, have you thought about contributing to the Flightgear open source flight sim project? I wish I could do something in the effort but I don't have the skills. It seems like their sim could use a lot in the way of coding all the "niceties" of FS2002, all the user friendliness so to speak. But besides that the basic sim is there and if they get a scenery/aircraft creation program to accompany the sim it ought to take off like crazy!
