I don't think there's any easy to follow tutorials yet.The Flight Simulator 2002 Scenery SDKs can be found at:http://zone.msn.com/flightsim/FS02DevDeskSDK15.aspFor Terrascene 2.1 you'll want to read the included documentation, which is very thorough, and keep an eye on the Terrascene discussion in this group. After you've gone through the SDK material, it should make a lot more sense. For more tips on how to use Terrascene, check out the Fly! Developer's forum.
