V2 Deciduous Tree macros available.

The Version 2 Deciduous tree macros, have just recently been uploaded to Avsim. The version 2 improvements are New winter snow textures edited by Bill Dick. Trees remain dark at night. New Extended 16 bit textures without mip maps, trees remain steady, as you approach them from different distance. They are furnished in API, and Scasm format. By Robert Palmer & Bill Dick.
