Rookie question - rwy textures changing with season?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I have been browsing the posts, some have helped me greatly (thanks everyone!). I have been giving my first steps in scenery designing with some enhancing of default alaska bush strips.My question here is: am I right that FS has more runway textures than it uses? Or that snow runway texture is used by airports really up north? AND is it possible to have runway texture changing with season to simulate snowfall? I am doing it manually but could I do it automatically?Thanks in advance for your time in replying to me!Rui LaureanoLisboa
