AFCAD and me

Featured Replies

Hi guys, any of you can let me now step by step what I have to do with the AFCAD available in www.avsim.com, I really don't now where to put all those numbers and positions and I really don't understand the AFCAD Readme File, please let me now what I can do, I have a lot of AI Traffic and I don't see it in some airports, let me now, thanks I be waiting :-)

Ok, here's what I know:Download AFCAD by Lee SwordyPlace the "AF INSTELLER" into your FS2002 folder or create a folder titled AFCAD if you want. It dosen't really matter.Download any airport's AFCAD file from AVSIMUnzip the text document that usaully has the airport name on it ex. KDTWDrag and drop the text document into the "AF INSTELLER" You can do many airports at a time to save time if you wish A screen should appear saying "Installing KDTW" or whatever airport you are installing. The screen should only be up for a few seconds before it says that your AFCAD has been installed. When you go into FS2002 in the opening screen (you know the one with the 747 and the FS2002 titles) and it should display a message saying that it is reading the AFCAD and is setting up the airport spaces. Hope this helps. I can't believe I'm actually helping someone! I remember when I was asking the same question as you! :-kewl
