June 17, 200322 yr I would like to interest someone with scenery designing skills to design this airport for the upcoming FS2004. For those of you living outside Los Angeles this might not necessarily interest you. However, maybe it might since this was a great little airport in the golden days of early aviation. I'm talking about the Grand Central Air Terminal in Glendale, California. Please take a look at this website for further information on this great terminal that was owned and operated by Curtiss-Wright. Hopefully, someone with experience in building scenery for Flight Simulator will take up the challenge.Regards,Gianlucahttp://www.godickson.com/gca1.htm
June 19, 200322 yr Hi Gianluca.Afraid that posts like yours rarely ever get much of a response because designers are usually busy working on their own ideas and projects. But this is how most people get a start in scenery design - so why don't you have a crack at it yourself? Everyone starts without any experience so you'd be no different from the rest of us. And you'll be surprised how quickly you progress once you get a hang of the basic techniques. Not only that but there is always TONS of help available from the great people who hang out on this forum and other places - I can guarantee you'd be very welcome. So come on - how about it?;-) Roger
