Again Effect

Hi All,Thank you for your helps about my effect altitude problem. I just placed smoke and fire effects on ground. It's ok if users don't get to close but this scenery is for our search and rescue operation and heli pilots must land to rescue the pilot so they will see the fire on ground. But ok for now.My new problem is, I tested my effect and worked fine on my computer , and on some of my friends but some users said that the scenery crached their FS2002 software.When they remove effect file , scenery is working. So effect file has a problem. But I can't find any solution or make any test and correction becouse this effect is not crashing my machine.Do you have any idea?And can you tell me the radius and Priorityparametres. I think , I didn't set this parameters right, and cause users to crash.ThaksKenan
