Arrestor Cables at Meigs?

I'd like to add arrestor cables to the carrier in the 'Meigs carrier force', and also to Meigs field (Altitude is ~600 ft). So, does anybody know of a way of increasing the data range restriction: 0<= DeckAltInFeet < 300 to say: 0<= DeckAltInFeet < 1000 ?NB.Richard Hogen, who wrote this excellent utility, can no longer provide free support for ArrCab any more.
