Blinking lights in Gmax or Scasm?

I need a light in FS that blinks at a 1sec interval.I have used Light_beacon in Gmax but it blinks to slow.Can I change this in Gmax or in the Scasm file I get from Gmax?Can I change any of these numbers to get the desired effect?
