New River Gorge Bridge

Featured Replies

Daniel Greenwood had emailed me the New River Gorge Bridge, in Fayette County. After some time he has answered my email saying I could upload the file. At the time of construction, 1977, it was the Worlds Longest Single Arch Construction bridge, it might still be. On the third Saturday of October each year, they have Bridge Day, closing the South bound lanes to allow for visitors to walk it's extent, and you might see up to, or over 100 parachutists take the plunge 876 feet to the New River. While he never found how to make the surface HARD, or fix a problem with regen trees not showing up, he said I could upload it. The problem is I have tried over ten times to compleat the upload. If someone is willing to try send it please email me [email protected]. All needed filed Thumbnail.GIF True Photo.JPG description and installation instructions. Richard;

Why doesn't Daniel try uploading it?

I got an email from him a few days ago, he has moved into a new house, is presently painting the entire house now that spring has arrived in NZ. He made the file for me as I live in West Virginia, and other than some friends that use Flight Simulator. No one has the file. I just thought it might be useful for others. This file actualy started back when we both used Fly! and that was when it was started. Daniel like me just has a 56 K modem. I got the file to upload two times to 100%, once indicating it was done.
