Build a dam, have some problem, help!

Dear All,How are you?Recently, I am building the Dam in Hong Kong. I have some problem about the water surface area which near the Dam of inside the reservoir. I set the water level of the reservoir higer than the sea, but there are slop transition area which I don't want. How to remove it?It would be clear that I send you a picture, wish you could understand what happen.I think that it would be the FS problem. Ijust want to know that do you have any progamme function can remove the slop on the gab which between two water level.
