Mesh truncated by default coastline.

It is a while since I looked at coastline work (my last project was in FS2002) but may I ask if the problem with mesh has been overcome?When reworking the coastline I found the mesh was still "bound" by the default coastline - all extended coast remained flat. In Fs2002 the only work round (and not a good one) was to disable the appropriate HYP BGL.Has there been any improvement in this area? Can we inhibit the default BGL's ability to force mesh to sea level?bones
