Adjusting parking lines in AFCAD

I can't seem to figure out how to adjust dashed parking lines. They always seem to run over into the grass area even though the appear to be positioned fine in AFCAD. Also, when two parking spaces are in close proximity to each other lines tend to be unequal in length and tend to curve on top of each other as shown in the pic. Any help would be appreciated.rich@klew
