Need help with cellgrid 2004

My FS file structure look like this:FS2004 -->All their stuff and folders and one is 'Addon Scenery' and in it -->'Scenery' 'Texture'--------------------------------------------------------I had some lake scenery BGLs in 'Scenery' with no textures. They show up fine.I placed the cellgrid BGLs in the 'Scenery' folder and Cellgrid's BMP textures in the 'Texture' folder. When I go to Top Down View I don't find any grid lines. I tried making a cellgrid BGL with my local Lat, Long. and put in 'Scenery' along with the others. No show in top down view. What am I doing wrong?
