Can Default BR9NAME0.BGL files LOD size be changed?

I am replacing several North America East LOD files. I find that while most are LOD5, the BR9NAME0.BGL is about 30 degrees East and West and 40 degrees North and South. This is much more than I plan to do! Is it possable to change the size of the LOD and have the same number as the other files? I don't understand why all the files werd not of the same LOD size.Will some one please help: I wil be more than willing to send my scenery when finished at no charge. HELP PLEASE!Richard
