Default Scenery LOD size CAN IT BE CHANGED???

I have posted this question two different times, I am sure someone knows the answer!The default Name North America East for the most part is LOD 5, Howener the BR9name is much larger. Is there a way to resize the files to LOD 5. There is no way I could make an area of 40X30 Degree area.PLEASE HELP AND RESPOND!Richard L Hill;
