Moving Default Buildings

I redoing me local airport in AFCAD. Microsoft was pretty off on the proper location of a lot of things. I've got the runway locations, tarmacs, and taxiways done. All I need to do now is move the default buildings into their proper places. How would I do about doing this? Is there a program I can use? I want something that will show the current positions of everything so it's just simply a matter of moving them to the correct locations. I also want to add in some hangers Microsoft left out. Is there a decent freeware solution that will do this? It's FS2004 btw.
