How to create elevated airports

Hello all, I have just recently started to delve into scenery design using SBuilder and RW12... and the results have been quite nice.I would now like, however, to create a new scenery for the planned harbor and airport expansion project in Haifa (LLHA) Israel. See image. As you can see, the airport expansion (the inverted cross shape on the top right corner of the image) will include an extension of runway 16/34 on reclaimed land to a length of 2400m to accomodate narrow body jets. http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/142776.txtMy question is simple... How can I use SBuilder to create an elevated platform extending into the sea on which to place the runway?I understand that this may need a lot of explaning, but if anyone could give me at least a few pointers for starters that would be much appreciated; or if anyone knows of a tutorial on this subject, that would be even better.Thanks in advance.
