FX light for use in scenery that will light buildings 'and' ground?

Hey guys,Is there a way to create an FX light that will shine down upon ground scenery and tarmac? I know that there are lights out there in Rwy12 for doing this, but I have the lamps created in Gmax. I am hoping I can have these assigned with a precise GPS location and heighth (altitude) setting. Also, I am 'hoping' that a hovering point isnt effected by a ground auto-gen clearing file.I guess also that if only one light for 'each' purpose exists, I could make 'dual' BGL files for 'dual' locations of lights that would illuminate the buildings sides as well as the ground tarmac.Many thanks for any idea's and advice,Bill
