January 1, 200719 yr Hi,I posted a thread on the FSX Forum and at last no clear answer... even someone said: this topic belongs rather in the scenery forum. I doubt that a little bit, but here it goes. The facts are:1. If there is an exclude switch used for your own scenery in FSX, then the lights you make will not be displayed.2. These light effects are far from bright. We could test an example and only a poor lightspot could be seen on the ground from a lightpole and that only in the default airport. When I look at the landinglight of a FSX-aircraft, the landinglights are very poor or even do not work at all. I made a comparison with FS9, well the difference is stunning.3. The light effect must be much stronger (making a new effect ?). And two: draw exclude area's so that there where lightpoles will be placed no exclude will occur. That means a lot of precise work.4. So, that's the big problem... a problem Microsoft did not solved and let us designers alone. Is there a solution ? How to make the lights work and make our airport scenery flyable also at night ?Regards. Jos
